The Trust has recently undertaken an urgent piece of work on its specialist Learning Disabilities Services, focusing on its overall direction of travel and plans for new service developments. Anna was adept at designing an inclusive process, which involved extensive work with frontline staff in the form of three workshops, which included representatives from all professional groups across the health and social care economy.
